We had the opportunity to visit the 51st version of this congress. In 1982, Joseph Lang had the idea of bringing together a group of ski and mountain enthusiasts among strabismologists and orthoptists for a week in Zermatt every year in December. Our presentation of the Lang-Stereopad met with great interest, among other things because of its suitability for the Preferential Looking Method in very young children.
